Tantus Ripple beaded butt plug is the best of both worlds between anal beads and dildos. The ribbed beads offer much more stimulation than a standard butt plug as they slide in and out, while offering more control than anal beads typically do.
The length of the plug may be a bit much for some, but pleasure awaits those who learn to take it all the way in!

- Materials: Tantus makes some of the best soft silicone toys in the business.
- Anal Training: 4 graduated beads start at .875" and work up to 1.5" diameter - perfect for anal training.
- Harness Compatible: The circular base fits in most standard strap-on harnesses for added excitement.
- Length: Might be too long for those not used to anal play, making it difficult to fit the 4th and largest bead.
- Base width: sometimes the plug would pop out of place on the 4th bead, as the base is just a little narrower than the max girth of the bead.

Tantus’ Super Soft Silicone
We love Tantus’ anal toys because they’re a large manufacturer that hasn’t cut corners of used inferior materials like so many sex toy makers do these days. The Ripple beaded butt plug makes full use of the premium silicone’s flexibility, as the 6.8″ insertable length contours to your anus as it slides in.
We do wish the last bead had a bit more of a taper down to the plug’s base. Because the base is almost the same width as the 4th bead, it had a tendency to pop out a couple of inches in the heat of the moment. But other than that, we didn’t run into any problems with this toy.
4 Graduated Beads = Prostate Fun
We found the Ripple to be particularly great for men because of its prostate-stimulating abilities. Sliding the plug between the 3rd and 4th beads is a great way to hit the prostate. Once inserted you can always apply an external vibrator to the base of the plug to really reach new levels of prostate bliss.
As mentioned above, the length might be a bit much for smaller gals who are just warming up to anal play. However, it’s not too intimidating if you’re used to toys that reach the sigmoid colon. That said, the graduated nature also makes the Ripple fantastic for depth training and getting used to the sensation.
It also worked great with a standard O-ring strapon harness. We also found the toy’s length and girth to be fine for vaginal penetration as well, although this plug was clearly designed for ass play.
Tantus Rippled Beaded Plug: In Conclusion
This is a fantastic beginner-intermediate anal toy. The graduated bead sizing means you can go at your own pace, and the sensations get better once you can take the whole thing in.
Not to mention that Tantus is a reputable brand that uses the highest quality materials.
