The Rocks Off Petite Sensations plug is made of 100% premium silicone, which we found to be a nice blend of soft and firm. The silicone has enough give to appropriately wiggle and bend, while the firmness helps the bullet vibrations travel the length of the plug.
The shape of the toy is great for anal beginners – the gentle taper is perfect for gradually relaxing your ass and getting used to the sensations of anal sex. Likewise the back-end of the toy has a gentle taper for easy removal.
We also like that this small butt plug has a T-base, which prevents the plug from getting pulled into your ass in the heat of the moment. This is a notorious problem with many small plugs, especially jeweled princess plugs with a rounded base.
Function & Use
The bullet itself has 7 modes: 3 individual intensity settings (low, medium, & high), and 4 different pulse modes for some extra variability. The low setting is nice for getting things going, and it’s easy enough to reach the button on the base of the vibe to up it to medium or high as you get warmed up. We generally preferred to use the steady vibration settings, and to let the natural movements of our play to add variations and pulsing feeling.
Due to the location of the bullet, we noticed the vibrations are definitely strongest at the base of the toy compared to the tip. This isn’t a bad thing though, as there are more pleasurable nerve endings in the sphincter than in the first few inches of the anus. The vibe at the base of the toy can also help give your partner some extra pleasure externally.
That said, guys looking for prostate stimulation (or girls looking for intense internal vibrations) might want to look for a toy with an internal vibrator. At 3″ insertable length, the toy is a little on the short side for hitting the prostate anyways.
